Compressed T-shirt - UK based production!

A unique promotional product. We take a t-shirt, face flannel, towel or a sock and compress it (some say "compact" it) to a fraction of its original size, insert a promotional message and shrink-wrap it. The item can be compressed into many shapes. Recent shapes include a mobile phone, a square block, a hockey puck, a CD case and a doughnut. Minimum quantity per order is 200 pieces.

You supply the printed t-shirts or flannels and we compress them.

Shapes/Sizes (from stock tooling)

Round Disk (flat): 60mm, 70mm, 100mm, 120mm, 125mm.

Round Cylinder: 50mm.

Cube: 60mm x 60mm x 60mm.
Rectangle: 60mm x 90mm, 90mm x 90mm, 75mm x 105mm, 75mm x 175mm, 124mm x 140mm.

Computer Disk: 90mm x 90mm.

Other shapes T-SHIRT Size: Triangle, Hexagon, T shape, X shape, Cylinder, Mobile Phone, Carrot, Christmas Tree, Half Moon, Pair of Lips, Beer Glass, CD/DVD, Bottle Top, Gold Ingot, Doughnut/Wheel.

SOCK size: Star, Christmas Tree, Ball, Bell , No1, Heart, Beer Glass.

UNDERPANTS size: Boxer Shorts, Briefs.

New Shapes

We can create many different new and exciting shapes.

A charge will be levied for manufacturing the new tool.

Allow at least 6 weeks to manufacture and test the new tool.

Samples

A sample t-shirt from our stock is charged @ £15.00 + VAT (refunded when you order 500+ pieces)

A sample made with your own t-shirt & insert is charged @ £45.00 + VAT (non refundable)

To stop production and create your sample is charged @ £65.00 + VAT (refunded when you order 500+ pieces)
